Oh yeah since I am not starting my cycle for another month, I started taking unleashed today to try and give me a edge while I'm rehabbing my elbow. And I have to say I took it 30 minutes before workout and I felt great at the gym like I had extra motivation and a feeling of well being.

P.S. Only down side was I got a hard on while at the gym lol is this common side effect while taking unleashed?considering the gym was empty there was nothing there to arouse me lol Just saying I'll prolly be taking another dose tonight

Ok, I just looked at your pics bro. Forget cutting. Right now all of your concentration needs to be on putting on slabs of muscle. Yep you might gain a teeny weeny bit of fat but so what? Your still gonna look awsome!
You dont have any need for any cut and with your consistant workout even more so.

I have been out of the game for a while except getting in the gym every once in a while to lift and run a little, but I have really gotten myself in a slump and I'm in terrible shape physically. So when I saw there was a chance to compete with others to transform yourself into a more fit and healthy person, I figured this was just what I need for motivation. Anyway this is a general idea of what I'll be doing for the next three months.

I'll be lifting mon, tues, thurs, friday

And doing HIIT after every workout. On wednesday and Saturday ill be doing something different every time probably something like sprints at the track or a light day at the gym.
If you do this you will not gain any appreciable amount of muscle bro. I really strongly suggest that you just forget this and eat a HUGE but CLEAN diet and lift big ass weights.

I'm going to keep a high calorie diet at first to get the most out of my cycle then cut carbs down and start trying to lean out near the end. Ok this sounds good.

Just found a pic of when I was in pretty good shape about 3 years ago weighed 196ibs
I would like to get back to this but heavier
 
Bad news today went to see a therapist about my elbow and he said no lifting for 4-6 weeks, so any ideas on how I'm supposed to bulk?

Anyway I just went ahead and done legs again
Squat
Leg press
Leg extensions

Abs
Roman chair sit ups and done them on my side to hit obliques

Took unleashed before I went and despite the bad mood I was in from the bad news still felt great and had some extra aggression.
 
Pt today wasn't to bad, I started lifting again and it hurt like a bitch

Done everything he instructed me to
3x10 standing curls 15ib db
3x10 triceps extension 15ib
Sitting straight and incline curls
3x10 15ib db
Lat pull downs 3x10 70ibs
Row machine 3x10 70ibs

Still feeling good every morning after I take a dose of unleashed, and just happy to be lifting again...even though it's not much
