Yesterday was arms and abs
4 sets straight bar curls until failure.
4 sets preacher curls until failure
4 sets hammer curls with triceps rope until failure.
4 sets triceps pushdowns until failure.
4 sets behind the head towards ceiling with triceps rope. Until failure.
4 sets single arm reverse high pulley kickbacks until failure.
4 sets 25 on ab scissors machine.

Eats:
Protein shake #1 50 g
6 eggs scrambled
Strawberry banana smoothie with almond milk. And Greek yogurt plain.
Baked shredded chicken breast with butter and lemon juice olive oil and seasoning.
1 chicken, bean and Cheese burrito.
Protein shake # 2 50 g
1 Apple
2 tangerines

Shoulders and Trapa day

4 sets side lateral raises until failure.
4 sets front lateral raises with triceps rope low pulley until failure.
4 sets reverse flys until failure.
4 sets military press with dumbbells until failure.
4 sets straight bar close grip shoulder shrugs until failure.
4 sets shoulder shrugs with dumbbells until failure.

Eats:
Protein shake #1 50 g
6 eggs fried in olive oil salt and pepper
6 large meatballs in marinara sauce with cheese.
Garden salad with vinaigrette dressing.
Asparagus with butter and seasoning
Protein shake #2 50 g
Oikos Greek yogurt triple zero
Six spicy chicken breast strips.

Merry Christmas Bro. I will kill some food. But I won't be eating a whole lot. And I will be watching what I put in my mouth. When I decide to do something, I do it bro. Including the weekends and holidays.

4 sets of incline dumbbell press with cables until failure.
4 sets of incline cable flys until failure.
4 sets of seated lower pulley flys towards the ceiling with palms in for upper chest until failure.
4 sets of standing cable flys from upper pulley until failure.

4 sets of palms out pull-ups Until failure
4 sets of straight arm lat pushdowns until failure.

Eats.

1 strawberry banana and Greek yogurt smoothie with oat milk.

Tirzepatide 5 mg a week is working as planned. Cuts down on appetite. The effect seems to ware off a little more each day as the week goes by. Lost 17 lbs in 6 weeks on this. It goes well with Masteron 200 mg week. Noticed fat loss all over. That fat layer under the skin is slowly getting thinner. My buddy does a maintenance dose of 10 mg a week. He says its the sweet spot. But I will continue to dose at 5 mg. Until that dose is no longer effective.
Dropped the 50 mg Turanibol after 4 weeks of use. Now just running Test 300 and Mast 200 for the next 5 weeks.
