Fri 15th

i was supposed to start anavar this week but am waiting till i am home in my routine but i started tren again this week and still going with test also i have brought them with me to the hotel.

todays workout was just squats with dumbells.. 30kg each

i did single leg squats and normal squats till i got a good burn

ate as per my last posts and i am sick of hotel food..too much oil
i feel like shit and having reflux problems again which i think is because of the food here and over eating possibly

will have better updates when i am back on my routine at home as of next week monday
 
my whole cycle and all my progress through the last 12 months has been due to the consistent supply and support
from gearmaniac. i recently received the second half of my stack to support the last 8 weeks of this cycle.
for the final 8 weeks i will be on
500 test e
100 tren e
40mg daily of anavar
two tablets daily of proviron
1 half tablet mon and fri of letrozol
half tablet daily of cialis
1 tablet daily of clen 60mcg

i will be getting midway bloods done later this week and will post my results

if you just fish and protein shakes thats fine, but I would try fasting 24 hours to see how you feel

fasting is not a bad idea
especially if you're having to do just liquids
 
maybe do just the liquid diet for a while
you don't have to fast just avoid solid food
 
you can do some plain coconut water
and then fast otherwise except for some broth

i also did cardio 20 mins on the treadmill till it reads 200 cals burned, walking jogging and sprinting till exhausted then back to walk

nutrition today was two scoops whey protein with skim milk and creatine, lunch 2 eggs scrambled, afternoon 200grams lean mince cooked with middle eastern spices and then two fried eggs and greek yoghurt..

supps today was D3, k2, FISH OIL, nmn, cialis, 20mg anavar, clen

current gear test E x 500mg, Tren E x 200mg, split between 3 pins a week
also pinning healing peptides twice a week for right arm tendanitis and shoulder.

night time mk677, magnesium chelate, cold and flu night tabs (paracetomol and antihistamine )

will get bloods done this coming week. can i post the bloods results here and ask you guys to teach me how to understand it? or should i find a doctor i can be honest with?

using bpc and tbp to heal shoulder and its working well.. have ordered some retatrutide to try also

You tore your left shoulder 2 weeks ago and your training back and chest in the same workout? Not very smart.
i am only doing what still feels good, the only excersises i have avoided are the pec deck and the decline chest press as they aggravated it.. everything else felt good. and as i said it was two weeks ago and bpc 157 has done its job and helped so i am back on the peck deck albeit with lighter weight

I'm glad the bpc is helping so far.
But you need to make sure you run it at least 2 or 3 months for best benefits.
 
Did you mention that you are running anything else besides the bpc to help with the injury?
I can't remember if you mentioned that earlier in the long. I'll go check now.
 
Food looks really good, man. You know how to spice things up.
Those eggs look really fresh.
 
Very nice job on this. I like that 20 minute walk and run Sprint on the treadmill.
It's important to build up a strong heart.
 
Bros. You got a baby that injury. You don't want to aggravate things further.
Keep training, but be careful what you're doing. I'd work on a lot of mobility and stretching and warming it up.
