i missed tracking macros the last couple days and am hating these temp teeth but workouts and intensity still there
have been eating soup and fish and protein shakes.. wondering if i should do some fasting to meet weight goals?
if you just fish and protein shakes thats fine, but I would try fasting 24 hours to see how you feel
