He has an elbow issue that pretty much precludes working out...BUT...he came to me asked for some help.
Well my thoughts for him were hmmm bro, you be fucked man but there has to be something you can do.
So since squats are next to the ultimate full body excersize (2nd to DL) I told him he needs to be squatting his ass to exhaustion.
Well as we can all see this bro took the ball and is running with it.
This is gonna be very educational for all of us and I am looking forward to seeing the results.
