You tore your left shoulder 2 weeks ago and your training back and chest in the same workout? Not very smart.
i am only doing what still feels good, the only excersises i have avoided are the pec deck and the decline chest press as they aggravated it.. everything else felt good. and as i said it was two weeks ago and bpc 157 has done its job and helped so i am back on the peck deck albeit with lighter weight

did leg and core today

20 mins walk run sprint on treadmill

seated leg press 195kg i sometimes pause close to top and do calfraises on this machine at same time

nutrition i have focused on protein eggs rice or avacado, the last couple days it has been chicken and prawns making like an asian omelette
will post another body pic next week i should be down to my lightest weight again if everything goes to plan

i have ordered some retatrutide to help with the cut and next week need to get bloods done

I'm glad the bpc is helping so far.
But you need to make sure you run it at least 2 or 3 months for best benefits.
 
Did you mention that you are running anything else besides the bpc to help with the injury?
I can't remember if you mentioned that earlier in the long. I'll go check now.
 
Nice job on this training man. Just keep working around the injury.
You may have to give the injury and honest few months to get better.
