Today was arm day:
4 sets single arm Rope curls under failure each arm
4 sets single arm cable curls until failure each arm
4 sets single arm Cable reverse curls until failure each arm.
4 sets single arm Rope extensions until failure each arm.
4 sets single arm pushdowns until failure each arm.
4 sets reverse extensions each arm until failure.
4 sets of 25 weighted crunches on knees with triceps rope.
Eats for today:
Protein shake #1 50 g
1 bowl of lentils soup.
6 eggs scrambled
3 ground beef Taco's with white corn tortillas, cheese, guac and salsa.
6 spicy chicken breast strips
Protein shake # 2
1 bowl of shredded chicken breast seasoned with butter and Italian vingerette dressing.
Raised test to 400 mg from 300 and kept Mast at 200 mg. Still split into two jabs a week. Added 25 mgs of Anavar for three days and became very lethargic. Stopped the Anavar and that stopped the lethargy. Pretty sure the Anavar and the Mast together both being DHT was causing the issue. All is good now.
