Decided at the weekend to try Phen-Free, it says on the pack not to take the tablets more than 4 days a week, does it matter whether you take them 4 days in a row or should it be every other day? Also can I take them with creatine? (I know that q's been asked about taking creatine with Ephedrine, but are there any different rules?) Does the retention of water hinder fat loss?
