Reverse lung: 3 sets, 9/8/8
Calf Raise: 3 sets, 20/15/15

Food
Protein shake and grape fruit
Banana
Garlic chicken tenders
Do proper squats

Bench press, 5 sets 15/15/12/12/10
Incline bench, 4 sets 12/12/12/10
Floor press, 3 sets 10/10/10
Overhead press, skipped since my shoulder hurts
Lateral Raise, 3 sets 10/12/12
Tricep Kickbacks, 3 sets 10/10/10
