So I almost press 315 x 5 on the bench which was a goal of mine. I may have been able to do it my spotter thought I could have but I will try next week. I went down to 250 mgs test this week and next week I will go to 200 mgs per week for a trt cruise for a while. I want to trim down before January cycle getting blood work done next month
