Will be slowing down on the LOG as I reach this last stretch of the cut. Nothing will change as far as what I've been Posting. Same Food, Similar Training and Cardio. I Greatly appreciate the Community Support and guidance throughout this whole Cycle. Looking forward to Posting a New Bulking LOG in a couple of months after I'm fully recovered from this cycle.

Cable Lateral Raise
~ Drop Set
1 @ 40lb for 20 then,
1 @ 30lb for 10 then finish with,
1 @ 20lb for 15
~Different Angle (Under Leg)
1 @ 20lb for 30
Reverse Peck Deck
1 @ 170lb for 20
1 @ 130lb for 30
Shoulder Press Machine
1 @ 115lb for 30
1 @ 70lb for 20
1 @ 70lb for 19
Tricep Pulldown
~w/Rope
1 @ 140lb for 20
1 @ 100lb for 14
1 @ 80lb for 20
~w/ Bar
1 @ 100lb for 17
1 @ 70lb for 20 (Over Head Extension)
1 @ 70lb for 20
Single Arm Tricep Cable Pulldown
1 @ 30lb for 16
1 @ 20lb for 40
Finished with 3 Hour walk on Max Incline.
