Cable Hammer Curls (Rope)
1 @ 120lb for 12

Drank a Protein shake after Training than did 3 Hour Cardio. Going to add Bicep/Tricep Training more often instead of just 1 arm day per week. Considering throwing back in, 50mg Winny ED, for last 2 weeks of Cutting Cycle.
 
Will be slowing down on the LOG as I reach this last stretch of the cut. Nothing will change as far as what I've been Posting. Same Food, Similar Training and Cardio. I Greatly appreciate the Community Support and guidance throughout this whole Cycle. Looking forward to Posting a New Bulking LOG in a couple of months after I'm fully recovered from this cycle.
Anyway, Here is my recent shoulder workout. I Added Triceps into it because I had the time and they werent sore at all from the previous workout.

Shoulders/Triceps
Dumbell Lateral Raise
2 @ 30lb for 20
2 @ 20lb for 30

Cable Lateral Raise
~ Drop Set
1 @ 40lb for 20 then,
1 @ 30lb for 10 then finish with,
1 @ 20lb for 15
~Different Angle (Under Leg)
1 @ 20lb for 30

Reverse Peck Deck
1 @ 170lb for 20
1 @ 130lb for 30

Shoulder Press Machine
1 @ 115lb for 30
1 @ 70lb for 20
1 @ 70lb for 19

Tricep Pulldown
~w/Rope
1 @ 140lb for 20
1 @ 100lb for 14
1 @ 80lb for 20
~w/ Bar
1 @ 100lb for 17
1 @ 70lb for 20 (Over Head Extension)
1 @ 70lb for 20

Single Arm Tricep Cable Pulldown
1 @ 30lb for 16
1 @ 20lb for 40


Finished with 3 Hour walk on Max Incline.
 
What do you yawl think about adding Winny back into my cycle for this last 2 weeks of the cut, is it worth it? I have some left over, I was thinking adding 50mg ED until the end of the cycle. Would it help or is 2 weeks not long enough for Winny to take full effect?
@bubbanader sure 2 weeks wont do much but you can drag it to 3 weeks lower dose

you're logging training its good but even training needs work man :)
like your pull downs should be less sets example, over doing it

we can make many mods

and what is your post cycle plan? trt or pct?
 
Yes please don't slow down log while in health phase. It's even more critical in that timeframe as you want to retain as much muscle as possible. Don't want to see you get lazy and go backwards.
