After finishing, I went and did 3 Hour Walk on the treadmill. I get a much much better cardio workout with the treadmill at high Incline. I like to work my way up to Max incline by the time I'm done. I burn much more calories doing that aswell, according to the treadmill. Keeping the Incline low ill burn around 1k calories during the 3 hour walk. If I work up to Max Incline I'll burn around 1600 calories in the same 3 hour walk.
