Had a good short session today with good weights. Strength holding up while in deficit is good. Was happy to hit sets of 9 on close grip bench today since my right elbow is still tweaked from back day. Next week will be going 295 for sets of 7-8. Ok everyone have a good weekend and get strong!!!
