are you fixing up the diet? whats the protein like?
I’m going to lower portions of rice some and only eat brown rice for the most part and start cardio after all workouts next week I want to trim down not too fast also starting the trt 200mgs soon. I want to be LEAN before starting January cycle deca/test cyp
 
Chicken breast stuffed with asparagus and cheese sprinkled with bread crumbs but only 200 calories not too bad brown rice broccoli
