Goal is to bulk and then cut, so I guess it would just be a clean bulk.

I have been out of the game for a while except getting in the gym every once in a while to lift and run a little, but I have really gotten myself in a slump and I'm in terrible shape physically. So when I saw there was a chance to compete with others to transform yourself into a more fit and healthy person, I figured this was just what I need for motivation. Anyway this is a general idea of what I'll be doing for the next three months.

I'll be lifting mon, tues, thurs, friday
And doing HIIT after every workout. On wednesday and Saturday ill be doing something different every time probably something like sprints at the track or a light day at the gym.

I'm going to keep a high calorie diet at first to get the most out of my cycle then cut carbs down and start trying to lean out near the end.

Oh yeah I'll will be posting pictures, diet, and cycle tomorrow.
All on cycle and pct will be NTBM products already placed my order today, and got some forged liver support, hcgenerate, post cycle and unleashed combo, double pack of unleashed, and some forma stanzol
 
Went to the gym just now and found out there is no squat rack just a smith machine, so that sucks then to make matters worse I had 225 pounds on the bar squared down for a atg and the fucking bar stuck half way up. So needless to say no squats for me today

Rest of day looked like this
Leg press 12x225 10x315 8x425
Leg extensions I done a drop set
8x70 8x60 8x50 I done this for 3 sets
Legs curls 10x90 3sets

Then I done HIIT walk 1 minute sprint 2. Planned on doing this for 20 minutes, but after about 6 minutes my legs started to tingle lol I pushed threw it and finished strong for 11 minutes.

I am also nursing a arm injury so I will be going light on upper body days. And for this reason I will not be starting my bulking cycle till my elbow is 100%
