All up I was happy with the session I'm progressively overloading at a good rate and also feeling fuller and stronger as well,I have gone up 4kg over the 6 weeks the bulk has been going but I'm not to worried about quick weight gains I want to stay clean and lean...after all I'm the marshmonsta not the marshmallow!
I was pretty excited that my new d-mak 3 lifting shoes from ryderwear rocked up before the weekend they look sick and fit good, I can finally throw the old ones away now they served me well over the past year.
