I'm surprised he's being open with you about gear
Yeah I was talking with him whenever I picked up my 12 TRT vials every 3 months. He gave me a strip of (15) 18 gauge draw needles without the syringe for free. I was telling him about the time I ran D-ball for six weeks in my twenties with 500 mg test a week. He said yeah I know about D-ball I ran it a few times myself. I was thinking he probably gets all of his gear for free and it's all legit pharma grade, being a pharmacist and all. You know he makes bank.
 
Today was leg day:
Seated leg extensions 4 sets until failure.
Leg curls 4 sets until failure
4 sets of light squats @ 245 not until failure just a good burn.
Standing calf raises 4 sets until the failure
Seated calf raises 4 sets until failure

Eats are below:

Tomorrow it starts all over again with Chest, Back & Abs.
Nice to see squats
 
Today was Chest and Back:
4 sets upright seated cable press with straight bar until failure.
4 sets upright seated cable flys until failure.
4 sets incline dumbbell press until failure.
4 sets incline dumbbell flys until failure.
Back:
4 sets palms out pull ups until failure.
4 sets seated rows with individual cables until failure.
4 sets standing straight arm lat pushdowns until failure.
Abs: 4 sets of 25 weighted cable crunches on knees with triceps rope.
Tyson/Paul fight sucked ass. Very disappointed. That's not the Tyson I remember. It was like watching another person. Who's the idiot that thought 10:00 pm was a good time for a fight? I need my sleeps
