Also yesterday I did fair bit of eating and meal prep,but was real happy my secret weapon to awesome gut health was ready....as most have seen I like to eat saurkraut with my meals but 4 weeks ago I actually decided to make it,we'll at least my own version of it,which included cabage,carrot, onion,parsley,so after 4 weeks of fermenting in 20 degrees celsius/68°F it was finally ready and it wasn't to bad at all,its what stops me from getting mad reflux while on orals which is fucking painful sometimes lol especially when I turns into hiccup reflux which lasts for hours!..I also made triple choc-brownies with 100g of protein powder in it for when I wake up in middle of night I have a quick slice a glass of milk then go back to my little tren night mares....life is great!
