Last night ended up being a rest night as summer has come into full swing and it's been 93°F with 80% humidity where I'm at which has been cooking me during the day at work but along with the temperature and my blood pressure rising so is my spirit so I went in and had a good chest and tricep session tonight!

Yeah bro heaps volume I'm feeling pretty beat atm just bout to eat steaks and call it a night lol will do bro I don't think going over 5 iu hgh per night would do much except cost alot!
 
Every workout the past week or so has been an aggression fueled iron extravaganza lately and I'm loving it....don't know if I should have ordered 50ml of liquid superdrol with my 500iu hgh I got coming but hey we will soon find out!

Yeah bro honey soy chicken wings and pasta,one is rib fillett steak with a pork spare rib,and third one was steak and a filth bowl of pasta with beef and pork mince.thanks bro I can feel growth off the volume alI ready💪
