Only pinning 100 mg week of Test cyp. Until I get my labs done. Planning on starting a little cycle on November 20. Test cyp 250 and Turanibol 50 mg or I might do 200 mg Test cyp and 200 mg Masteron with 50 mg Turanibol. I'll drop the Turanibol after 4 weeks and continue test/mast for the entire 10 weeks. Might up the test to 300 mg. I like low dose cycles. My gear last longer and I respond well and get good gains.
@Dogbreath I would get the labs done but you can start the cycle right as labs are back, a replan.Another thing is 200 mg Test cyp once a week will put me @ 14 -1500. My doc has me pin 0.6 mg a week to have me in the 900 range max. I was on 0.8 ml /week but I was at 1250 the doc wasn't cool with that, said it was way to high. When I run a cycle I pin 250 - 300 I split it into two injections a week. plus I'm stacking it with other compounds. My test levels must be way up over 1500 during a cycle. I'm thinking 1800-2000 zone. That's another reason I do low dose cycles. I have to normalize before going for my labs. Luckily I don't have estrogen issues. But I have Tamo, relox and Aroma on hand just in case.
Actually I make sure not to go to heavy on overhead presses. 12 years ago I was doing security at an HOA and at night when I would lock up the the community center, I would workout. I had the whole gym to myself. Unfortunately I was wearing a uniform shirt and it constricted movement and put all the stress on my rotator cuffs. I tore both of them. At first I thought my shirt had ripped. One was hanging by a thread. Both were torn through and ligaments were also messed up. I couldn't lift my arms they were like wet noodles for two months. Went for an x-ray and the orthopedic surgeon said and I needed surgery on both shoulders. And I probably wouldn't be able to lift anymore. I didn't want to get the surgery. I heard you never get back to 100 % after that I would lose range of motion. So I opted for physical therapy with a physical therapist 3 times a week for an hour. After a year I was back to normal and GTG. Here I am 12 years later no surgery and still lifting. So I'm glad I didn't listen to the Doctor. But when I'm doing presses it's not to heavy and I don't over do it. I stop when I get stuck half way up.@Dogbreath strong sets today, you have any pains with military press? until failure please be careful so no injury bro
On food, if you can add some omega 3 boost and some psyllium husk it would help.
@Dogbreath yea the overheads are huge for messing up shoulders, so always be careful and its a fact you never 100% after shoulder or any other joint surgery imoActually I make sure not to go to heavy on overhead presses. 12 years ago I was doing security at an HOA and at night when I would lock up the the community center, I would workout.
