Had a pretty relaxed day today didn't do to much other than eat and have a mini trensomnia nap on the couch which was a change for me on a Saturday!...anyways after a kebab,protein shake,and chicken and rice preworkout feed with a 50mg tren shot it was time to get serious and go get that quad pump I luv so much🦵

Feeling more powered up than usual...I definitely could push another plate or two on leg press but I'll stay on course and up my reps where I'm at before the weight goes up...I gotta remember it's a marathon not a race!

Thanks my man...when I actually started loving my leg training more the results started to happen it's all state of mind and consistency

I'd say the veins are going to be popping on a whole new level after this blast bro,I seen big changes in my body in the last 6 months it's been amazing
