Why do my lifts go down when I go to a different gym?

its the thicker bar throwing you off (even tho your grip felt ok)-- switch bars :)

Not sure what RusPA81 is dealifting but for example: 5 plates a side x 2lb extra per plate is 20lbs...

I agree with the bar thickness and flex of course, and the atmosphere can effect your concentration in different places.

Also, I assume that your daily lifestyle or schedule would change when you move? Different diet? Eating at different times, lifting at different times? The list goes on!! :insane:

I think that would more than account for the discrepancy.

Well, last week at school I did 405 for 5x3 so I was suppose to do 410 for 5x3. I ended up dropping to 385. I will try 410 again this week and hopefully do better. All of my other lifts have been good this week. Anyways, thanks everyone for your replys.
