Skipped my lunch break today to get in this afternoon, because if I go home I get the handball receive of the kids and nights fckd
To which I did and took them to an indoor play centre my legs weren’t cooperating trying to climb up and down shit.
Happy with my hack squats that’s a pb for reps x 2 . Might go 200kg first set next leg day.
