You are smart guy seem to know how to get ahead in life the gym ain't much diffrent. You set a plan out and follow it results come in time not over night. Now shut the fuck up and train.
yep, I decided to stop listening to all the shit. all I do is squat, bench, overhead press, barbell rows, pull ups, shrugs, calf raises/crunches/curls, push up the weights I do on them each workout, and I do all of those 3 times in 2 weeks along with cardio, whole foods, only shake is after workout, and it's workin'. I have to bust ass because jnevin has a personal trainer busting his ass. I also need to destroy lestat which is probably the most important thing to me in my lifetime.
