does anyone on here understand maintenance cals? I cant seem to get an answer on the diet board....I need to know 2 things...
1) is daily maintenance BW x10, or BW x 15 for someone with an average metabolism??
2) If my daily main. is 2000 cals/day, and I want to drop fat and maintain muscle, I hear 500 less is a healthy way to do it..does this mean, I consume 1500 cals per day, or 1500 cals AFTER cardio/lifting....so more like 2200-2300....leaving me at 1500 by the end of the day???
