Today felt really tired. I almost took a deload but decided to just go with it. Did singles on squats. Tried a new squat machine which felt really good. Will probably use it every week now. Skipped RDL to give the hips a break. Ok everyone have a Happy Valentines Day and get Strong AF!!!
