Had a decent session today. Pain doing flat bb bench so I am going to stop doing it and just go with close grip for now as the shoulder feels much better the closer I position my hands on the bar. Incline also has no pain at all so will be doing those as well. I get very good carry over from the incline bench to the bench so I am not worried. I will still do a regular bench on speed bench day though. As long as the weight is light it doesn't seem to bother it so we can do that for now. Thanks again for all the nice comments about the mother in law. We are doing ok. Just the long process of all the legal crap now for the next few months is going to be stressful.
