Had a decent session today. Went up 20 lbs on deadlift and tried hook grip. Wasnt going to happen. Stupid bar slipped out of the hand on the 2nd rep with 475. Horrible bars with hardly any knurling. Used a ton of chalk didnt help. So decided to go over under for the rest of the sets. Will most likely just go over under as I seem to do well with it. If I tear a bicep maybe they can reattach it better than they did the first time. LOL. Bent over rows felt good with 315. Will most likely go up to my max of 365 again starting next week since I have more anabolics and androgen on board. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get strong AF!!!

Forgot my elbow sleeves today so had to go a little lighter. Was good. Also very tired today. Cant wait to get home from dinner out with my dad in an hour. I really dont feel like leaving the house but have to eat. LOL. Ok everyone have a nice weekend!!!

The grind never ends. I just started back on 500 test, 200 NPP, and 300 EQ so it will be a while before strength goes up. I figure next week we should start seeing things move up again. I haven't decided yet if I want to cut hard down to 220 or give body a break and grow. I got some hip issues going on now that I want to fix so it's a decision to make shortly. We planned on both competing in first week of May but the wifes mother passed away so not sure if it's time to do so yet. Life seems to get in the way. If things progress well and we feel good we will enter the comp. Just don't want to go half ass it.

@RoidRage69 if you have hip issues careful with cutting down too much bro, a bridge would work better now with your personal issue

That's why I'm contemplating upping cals and healing faster. Keeping volume relatively low so I don't overdo it. Keeping reps in reserve and not hitting failure on dead's or squats.
