The grind never ends. I just started back on 500 test, 200 NPP, and 300 EQ so it will be a while before strength goes up. I figure next week we should start seeing things move up again. I haven't decided yet if I want to cut hard down to 220 or give body a break and grow. I got some hip issues going on now that I want to fix so it's a decision to make shortly. We planned on both competing in first week of May but the wifes mother passed away so not sure if it's time to do so yet. Life seems to get in the way. If things progress well and we feel good we will enter the comp. Just don't want to go half ass it.
