Had a decent session today. Went up 20 lbs on deadlift and tried hook grip. Wasnt going to happen. Stupid bar slipped out of the hand on the 2nd rep with 475. Horrible bars with hardly any knurling. Used a ton of chalk didnt help. So decided to go over under for the rest of the sets. Will most likely just go over under as I seem to do well with it. If I tear a bicep maybe they can reattach it better than they did the first time. LOL. Bent over rows felt good with 315. Will most likely go up to my max of 365 again starting next week since I have more anabolics and androgen on board. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get strong AF!!!
