This is starting to get fun!!! I am pumped for the strength I am obtaining. Considering my forearms and elbow were on fire I am very happy with todays bench session. Tied my PR with 365 for a single and then went on to do 3 sets of 5 with 315. Just so you know how much my elbow is on fire just think of as unracking the weight and not knowing if your going to drop it on your chest or face. Shooting pains down the arm. This is all because of squatting the day after doing heavy lats and other stuff. LOL. Will definitely be icing today. Doubling down on the anti inflamatories for the next week. Also did some good damage to the dip machine. Put 4 plates on each side on my final set and got out 8!!! Wife had to use all her weight to help me into the machine. Wife kicked major ass today. She got out a single on the bench with 195. She is definitely on her way to 225 for a single come competition time in May. Once she starts on the NPP in 12 days things will start to get really interesting. Ok everyone have a nice week ahead and get Strong AF!!!
