And the left ventricular hypertrophy caused by juice tends to reverse itself once the blood pressure goes down. That assumes that you go off cycle and that you dont have naturally occurring hypertension. LVH is naturally occurring and I see it all the time as a result of uncontrolled blood pressure. It leads to heart failure, kidney damage and increased risk of strokes. Be smart and know your BP. Heart failure sucks, drowning in your own fluids and unable to catch your breath. LVH is diagnosed with ulrasound, but can be seen on an EKG which is a fairly cheap test. <$100
