Just wanted to metion that I to haev appreciated the benefits of flax seed oil...it actually makes me almost "too" regular....also try extra strength all-bran. It's that cereal that looks like little brown twigs. It sounds gross I know but it's great for your diet (low low sugar) and tastes pretty good, IMO.
I HAVE TRIED THAT HERB..DIDNT WORK...I gave up the atkins. Just wanted to drop a little but I can do it without that Its funny that the bran was brought up because I bought some a little while ago b4 reading this. I plan to use that and eat a salad everyday for lunch. We will see what happens.
