I have that same Senekot stuff. Since Im on the under 20gr of carbs a day after that sik tastng madnesium stuff worked I have aken the Senekot and it helpe.! Yeah! Unless it ws all those Vodka Tonics last night. lol

How many servings of vegetables do you eat a day? Cascara Sagrada (an herb available at most health food stores) can be taken if nessecary. Don't take it to regulary though, as with anything, you don't want to become dependant on it- but it will usually do the trick ovenight!!
Do not. DO NOT deal with constipation with a laxative on a regular basis! Your bowels can easily become dependant on it to work. As someone else mentioned "once and a while is O.K.".
Modify your diet first! Listen to Daisy (her ass clearly works in so many ways!). Eat veggies and incorporate bran into your morning diet.
If you continue to take laxatives to deal with constipation on a regular basis, guess what? You WILL be going to the hospital eventually.
Don't fear fiberous carbs you can be cut to shreds and still eat them.
Just wanted to metion that I to haev appreciated the benefits of flax seed oil...it actually makes me almost "too" regular....also try extra strength all-bran. It's that cereal that looks like little brown twigs. It sounds gross I know but it's great for your diet (low low sugar) and tastes pretty good, IMO.
