30mins hit cardio on the bike.
I ate a bunch of caned tuna today cause I was craving it. I also had one of my 500 cal 80g protien shakes kept it under 2k.
I feel it already in my legs. I definitely pushed more then normal and I already feel it. That is exciting as I have not felt the soreness in a bit.
