Yeah the carbs are lower then this. The app dpes not adjust for net carbs. I will try to get more protien in, 250 is not gonna be easy.

On non workout days I will do 20am and 20pm

I did a good amount or research on the site and the pharmacy both have good reviews. Do you suggest I just go for it?
