Approved Log My TRT and Anavar Cycle Log

All I see read is about sublingual var before the gym and how it also skips first pass through live and downs the drug burden time.

I am on 100 mg test per week it is my TRT dose.

Just hot? I mean it is in the 90s here but I have the AC crankin. I am only on 40mg var.

100mg test per week
40mg var a day
2 pills carnadine a day

40mgs anavar is good but if its not anavar would hurt sleep hard to say

30mins hit cardio on the bike.

I ate a bunch of caned tuna today cause I was craving it. I also had one of my 500 cal 80g protien shakes kept it under 2k.

I feel it already in my legs. I definitely pushed more then normal and I already feel it. That is exciting as I have not felt the soreness in a bit.

and the food is fine with tuna but too much tuna = too much heavy metals = danger
