Getting back on track today, glad its deload week after missing last two days last week, no coughing, only draining an my teeth hurt from the sinus pressure. My doctors nurse said its left over sinus pressure. My build looked different from not lifting, I felt I looked flat or just lacking blood in my muscles. Just the small sets today made all my muscles full , hard and look more cut, the body is really fascinating.
I am following the same deload formula I did when I was cruising and it seemed to work well.
Meals were pretty much back on track, eating at home is much easier for me than at my mother in laws, also helps having my appetite back fully.
Weights felt pretty good today, bench felt a little off due to my cold time off.
Will keep taking it a day at a time, looking forward to next Monday though, planned 265 x5 then 2 sets of 255, I am getting close to a. PR of 275, Ive been able to rack higher but never the control or strength to lower safely, I definitely have the power to push it. I am around 4-1-0 for my rep count on bench, I lose energy lower slower that's for sure, maybe I need to focus on 5-2-0 or something like that when I cruise down the road.
