Ok - I know this question has been asked before and I would be a smartass over in the AAS forum if someone was pulling this shit, but I am feeling too lazy to search right now so here goes:
I eat every two to three hours and I eat very clean and whole, non-processed foods. About once a week due to travelling in and out of the country at odd times I find myself unable to find good food when I need it. Is it better to just go ahead and eat a little bit of whatever crap I can find at the moment instead of denying my body food for 8-12 hours? Or should I abstain until I can get my hands on something healthy?
This happens about once a week. No planning seems to help as I already travel with protein powder and some bars I just can't get to them sometimes.
