Anyone here only eat carbs on workout days?

Is there anyone that subscribes to going high fat/high protein on off days from lifting and then eat carbs around their workouts on workout days? i was thinking maybe on workout days 1 cup oats in the am, then train, 30grams dextrose PWO, and maybe another cup oats an hour later, then proteins/fats for the rest of the day. I know this sounds vague but just wondering if anyone has done this with any success?

READ my TKD manual, it says it all

carbs pre/post workout, split w/ a small carb-up/protein-up in the end of the week

On topic, : I thought so far that if you work your legs today, it replenishes glycogen for the next 48-72 hours? Perhaps longer?

If that were so, then not eating carbs on days following a workout might result in non optimal conditions for growth and apparent muscle size.
