As planed today I cut out NPP completely and had my first shot of tren ace ever this morning i mixed .5ml with 1.5ml sus 250 and it went in smooth but 20 seconds after injection that motherfucker hit my chest like a freight train lol I was coughing hard for a good 5 or so minutes...I now understand what tren cough is all about,might sound sick but I kind of liked it and it has happened a couple times before with NPP but no where near as bad,anyways I fucked around all day and by late afternoon I was raring to hit the gym for a chest/tris session it went very well!

Cardio 30mins Treadmill,as you can see weight and volume increased and I powered through it with plenty left in tank,don't know if it's the tren,my mind or progression or a combination of all of them but I luv it and I'll be getting my brother to start spotting me on some heavier lifts next week or so as I'll drop reps down and up the weight....here's to big week of lifting everyone let's get it!💪🦍

Probably pushed my limit for amount of training days in a row last night,I still had a mad session but woke up a little body tied I might just stick to 3 days on 1 day off to be on the safe side as work has been full on atm and the heat is proper killer up in the tropics as we approach summer.

30mins cardio on bike...second pin of tren for week was a lot smoother going didn't cough at all and to be honest the sides are exactly the same as NPP for me which is a restless sleep on the days I pin,which I'm used to dealing with...will have a rest night and get some good sleep in and be back to start another week with a big back/bicep session,where I'm sure to be bigger and stronger and even more pumped up!💪🦍

Thats why i wont run tren not worth it to me .
Iv always been curious about tren and now I realise the sides for me are the same as when I run NPP pretty much,although I probably wouldn't run the same amount of tren as I do NPP....
