Week 10-12
Training :
Training has been pretty good again making small weekly progress on weights or repetitions, trying not to increase weight to much and actually increase it enough to where I can get a good 8-12 reps in controlled and not just jumping up say 5kg and barely getting 6-8 reps. My legs have taken abit of a drop in strength and size I think due to lower back injury. Lower back is feeling alot more solid now and think I can start pushing it harder with legs.
Diet:
Again slacking abit with counting calories everyday I do make an effort to get it done most days of the week. Since adding the eq have found my appetite increased a shit load and can comfortably eat the calories needed. Weight is going up but very minor. does fuck with my head alot but I do work an extremely physical job and lose alot of fluids through the day, I guess the weight I'm putting on slowly is good solid tissue as I don't put much fat on.

Really loving the eq deca test combo, think I have found my compound (eq) as the appetite increase is just perfect for me I'm yet to see the physical aspects of it, definitely getting alot more vascular as of this week tho. No problems as off now going for bloods this week just for a check up.
His some photos I really gotta work on some better poses and lighting. My misses takes the photos she needs a lesson too haha
