Had a massage today , rested a bit and made it here for a workout. Legs were a little tender from the late game but nothing that I’d allow to slow me down. Good workout. Good sweat on.

How effective do you feel the Goblet Squats are?
My skating has improved and so has my stability on the ice. Plus it’s usually involved in a super set with something else targeting my core and stability. So overall I find it def helps my stability and core and the way I feel on skates

Did some yoga in the morning at home with my 4 year old lol it wasn’t overly successful. No school today for my child and wife had work. Once she got home I Made my way to the golf course this afternoon for probably final round of the season. Walked 7KM
