Felt a bit slack today after a big working week away so after a sleep in I just fucked around at home catching up on stuff till late afternoon then decided to get my ass in the gym and hit a leg session.

you stopping the cycle?
i see you doing good but I think you need to ramp it up , arent you going into TRT? :) you can keep sharing with the EF family

Hey brother thanks but this log has been my trt/cruize that's nearly lasted 4 months and iv dropped around 10kg,recomped and become leaner than I ever have been,I was actually going to start a new log and do a proper mass blast bulk,what do you think keep going into a bulk on this log or start a new one?

example: My Bulking cycle Log
in body: write your planned cycle or cycle you doing now, your diet, training and we will help you along on your cycle

To ezy bro I'll start a new log in next day or so I'd say...I just upped the test today and am going to probably run deca as well as 5-6 iu hgh,also going to cut primo out.💪it's time to super size!

Hi to all that have been following me on my cruize journey,the past couple months which has been hectic getting over my back injury and having the inconvenience of working away all week which through me off my game plan momentarily,but the back has come good and iv landed a better job back in my home town so for the last week iv ramped it right up and I'm hitting the gym good and proper again!
I'm running around 800mg test c,600 primo,300npp,4iu hgh per atm but I'm just waiting for my new gear from hybrid labs to arrive in which case I'll be running 800 sus 250,400deca,6iu hgh but I'd say that will all go up fairly quickly....anyways thanks for all the support from all ef members I appreciate you all and hope you check out my new mass log called"marshmonsta's summer mass bulk"💪🦍
