The head

Hockey game tonight. Was a late one. As always I skated hard and got a good workout in. Came home after hockey and sat in the ice barh for 8 minutes. Was about 58degrees

Had a massage today , rested a bit and made it here for a workout. Legs were a little tender from the late game but nothing that I’d allow to slow me down. Good workout. Good sweat on.
