The vets and mods know me and my history. 8 years natty now, recovering from detraining and severe vertigo disorder, was bedbound, 2 years no training, been hitting the weights again a year, medical clearance to compete in power lifting meets by docs oked.
Current stats after 4 months of heavy lifting (docs had said before this to only lift light weight so I rebuild muscle on sets of 20+ reps on compound movements for 8 months) and dieting down from 245 to 215:
Age: 35
Weight: 215 at around 20% bf (my own estimation... soft no cuts, no gut, flat stomach with mild love handles and jiggly ass)
Training: Mon-Friday powerlifting style training, full body, WSBB inspired, box squats 3x a week, a lot of speed work, extra volume work for accessory lifts and bodyparts that could use some aesthetic work.
Diet: Modified CKD, around 2500-2600 cals on keto days, around 5k on Saturday carbup. Subject to change based upon my goals month to month.
Goals: improve well being, energy, recovery, cut down to 190ish then spend the rest of the year recomping indefinitely... no desire to bulk again, only quality gains whilst staying lean. Massively increase strength, would like to get my raw squats and deadlifts over 600lbs again, and a raw bench of 405 at sub 200 lbs bw long term.
Medical issues: bi-lateral Meniere's disease (inner ear disorder), mild hypoglycemia, CVD runs in both sides of my family.
I am considering staying on at least HRT type doses year round, proposed cycle (all legally obtained under UK user-friendly laws):
For the next 20 weeks, then I may bridge on 200mg of test a week or switch to something milder like EQ with trt test dose:
500mg of organon Test ena per week
Aromasin 12.5mg eod (I have to keep water retention to a minimum with Meneire's)... I can get letro cheaper but Aromasin is cheap enough well within my budget and easier on lipid profiles which is always a concern with my family history.
I may attempt to compete in a raw meet in April if I can make weight, so using gear on my cut will be massively helpful in gaining strength in a caloric deficit at this point.
