Up till this week I have been natural, just wondering if the peanut gallery thinks I've put in enough time naturally to take a run at a few cycles.
Stats - 26yrs
-5'9'
-190lbs (have been 10-20lbs larger but my wedding and honeymoon this summer made consistency difficult)
 
you look like shit. you better get in the gym and do some deadlifts. j/k. you look good man. what time are you working out tomorrow. give me a shout in the morning
 
Thanks, the result of many patient years with the iron. However my patience is at an end and merely big isn't good enough any more, I figure when I can't tie my own shoes, that's almost big enough!!!lol
 
3 - 4 small meals a day with lots of protein (chicken, tuna, cottage cheese) as well as 2 - 3 whey shakes. I've found it a lot easier to stay lean by not eating high carbs, except pre-workout. But I guess my eating rules will now have to change now that I'm adding the anabolic factor; only problem is I don't know how much more I should eat on gear.
 
Wow, after reading some of the comments other members on this board are getting. thanks for being nice to me, although i can deal with honesty. i just think it's really important to bust your ass naturally for a while before turning to the gear, no point boosting yourself chemically to somewhere you can get naturally, i think you don't get nearly as big in the end that way
