Pics 3 months after cycle end

I have been cruising on test e 25omg 1xweek since and have stayed on the ckd diet (albeit, rather loosely since cycle end till 3 weeks ago) As you can see, I still need a lot of work, but the first competition isn't till Sept and I am still 6 weeks out from starting my cutting routine.

The biggest thing I see is having to relearn how to properly pose. Comments are always welcome, good or bad, but not derogatory.
