How can I set up my workouts to hit arms twice without it interfering with other.....

Pauly - do this:

Chest & Tris
Back & bis
Legs
shoulders
Bis and tris

Keep the sets minimal and you will be fine

exaclty...that was my old schedule..it worked awesomely
 
yo! i got a great one.. try it out!

(mon) chest/tirs
(tues)back/bis/forearms
(wed)off
(thurs)shoulders/traps/abs
(fri)calves/quads/hams
(sat)pff
(sun)off

work amazing..or if train heavy !!! rest inbetween each day!!! i just started it and i was told i will make great gains...im juss not sure wich one to go with....the first idea or the second! lol

Thanks Corn, that's exactly what I had planned for the week. Mon. and Tues. I'll keep the sets down to around 6 or so for arms then all out on Friday's.
