So I decided to let yall get an inside look at my meals and schedule " A day in the life Brittneyleigh". Let me know what yall think and recommendations please!!
This is a daylight meal plan a schedule.
2:45am- Wake up
4am- Get to work and take 10mg Var, and supplements
6am- Breakfast
16oz. coffee with creamer(low fat)
1large pear
2 slices of sprouted whole grain bread
1 4oz. Non fat yogurt
9am- Snack
2 clemintine oranges
11am- Lunch
1.5 grilled chicken breast
1 large sweet potato(plain yumm!!!!!)
2pm- Snack
1.5 scoops of protein powder
4pm- Off work!!!
5pm- Tan (this is my relax time)
5:30pm- Gym
7pm- Cardio
8pm- Dinner
2 grilled chicken breast
1.5 cup of steamed corn
8:45pm- Shower
9:30pm- Try to go to sleep.
10pm - 10:30pm- Actually fall asleep
Totals:
1441 calories
15 fat
179 carbs
25 fiber
148 protein
Then I start all over at 2:45am again.
I will be starting straight nights on the 19th so it will change. Thanks ahead of time for yalls responses!!
