I know I really need to increase some of my weight since it is getting easy. In about a week I will be doing 90% of Radars workout plan for me. I'm very excited to see some major changes. I'm kind of taking it easy this week, calm before the storm. Thanks again for everything guys and girls!!

Why is it that on a time schedule everyone wants to stand and talk to someone for literally 45mins!! This was an okay leg workout and a pretty solid shoulder work out! I feel a lot more comfortable with behind the head shoulder presses!

Legs and shoulders

Leg curl

Thanks girl! I can't wait to do the whole routine that Radar gave me!! I completely agree!! I almost said something to the man but my fiancee told me to be nice lol. It just really made me mad this time because 2 of my leg workouts were taken by the same two people the whole time I was in the gym. Then 1 of the shoulder workouts was taken by a different person the whole time. It just stinks being on a time schedule when everyone else isn't!!

Hey Britts just read your log. On your foot, get you a tennis ball and foll that under each foot every night. I would bet this will help you out. Also you are doing leg extensions. Thats not good espicially with having a knee injury.
Would be much much better for you to be doing Front Squats. They dont put nearly the stress on your patella as the crap extensions do and give your quads a much better wrokout.

Thanks Zed! Tennis ball will be on the top of my list of things to do today! Yes I do leg extensions, not for much of a workout more for a warm up. I usually do leg press, smith machine squats and wide sumo squats. With the front squats do you recommend having the weight in front of you or would the smith machine squats work? I always keep my feet out in front when doing my smith machine squats.

Zed has some valid points, leg extensitions are good for warm ups besides all they do is work the Tear Drop muscle and others around the knee cap. so warm ups are fine.even in my training i don't put too much Emphasis on them.
Also,When doing machine squats occasionally turn your feet out wards and inwards during a few sets this will hit the muscles at another angle.


Get going and make me proud! :)
 
Thanks Radar and I will!! You still have that info you were going to send me? I loved the behind the head shoulder press by the way! First time was very uncomfortable but this time I dropped the weight and really felt it.
